Alyssia Dominguez is bringing a new flair to country music by infusing a touch of her Hispanic roots. Deeply rooted in traditional Tejano music, Alyssia learned to sing and play from her grandmother. She combines country style with attributes of traditional Mexican music as both genres have storytelling qualities that she loves. She hopes everyone from age two to ninety nine loves her new music because each song not only has meaning, it also makes you want to dance!
Alyssia is part of our sixth series of Levitt AMP Stevens Point. The Levitt AMP Stevens Point Music Series is a CREATE Experience supported in part by the Mortimer & Mimi Levitt Foundation, a private foundation that empowers towns and cities across America to transform underused public spaces into thriving destinations through the power of free, live music. Levitt is also supported by local sponsors Worzalla, Worth Company, Prevail Bank, the Community Foundation of Central Wisconsin, Ki Mobility, the City of Stevens Point, Festival Foods, Cobblestone Hotel Stevens Point, Simplicity Credit Union, and NRG Media with concert sponsor Stevens Point Orthopedics.
