Join Portage County musicians as they transform alleys, bus stops, parking spaces, and plazas in downtown Stevens Point into performance venues! Musicians will take turns performing at 13 different locations, generating a massive amount of public music. Make Music Day invites musicians of all skill levels and genres to perform, either alone or as part of a small group.

Musicians from the UWSP Aber Suzuki Institute, Central Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra, and Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra will fill the Mathias Mitchell Square, while Heid Music leads an interactive music station at the Transit Stage. Everywhere in between? You guessed it: more music.
