The Central Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra and CREATE portage county are excited to present "Celebrate the Summer Solstice - White Dinner."
Diners plan their table decorations and meal, then gather outside amidst luminaries and twinkling lights. The White Dinner will take place in Pfiffner Park just outside the building on Thursday, June 23 starting at 6:30 p.m. Participants are encouraged to dress in white attire and plan their own elegant culinary creations, beverages, table decorations, and service.
The CWSO and CREATE portage county will provide entertainment, tables, chairs, and a radiant atmosphere. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
Table preparation will be open between 6:00 and 6:30 p.m., immediately followed by a toast to the Central Wisconsin Community, the CWSO, CREATE and to the splendid White Night. The evening will also include an auction of furniture items, creatively painted and decorated by local artists, and dancing with music by the Central Wisconsin Jazz Ensemble. A surprise display will cap the evening. Prizes will be awarded to the most elegant and the most creative tables.
Tickets are $25/person for the event and available online here, or in person at the CWSO office located at 800 Main Street, Stevens Point.
