CREATE Portage County is honored to welcome Black Oxygen to central Wisconsin for a weekend retreat and live event open to the public. This community connection will inspire us all to take a deep breath, experience and listen. Black Oxygen, hosted by Angela Russell and produced by Madison 365.

The live event will focus on education and feature Ali Muldrow, Savion Castro, Letesha Nelson, Winnie Karanja, and UWSP Chancellor Tom Gibson. 

The panel discussion will take place at 3:00 pm on Saturday, November 13th at Central Wisconsin Environmental Station. A cocktail hour will follow at PJ's at SentryWorld. Price of admission will include one drink voucher.
